This self catering farmhouse is situated in an elevated position above the Conwy Valley about 2 miles from the quaint village of Capel Garmon and 4 miles from the popular village of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. Comfortable self catering accommodation is provided that combines modern facilities with original character features such as beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace.

Upstairs: The farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a 5' iron bedstead bed and 2 twin rooms. The double room is reached through one of the twin bedrooms.

Downstairs: There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a comfortable lounge with exposed beams and open fire set in an inglenook. There is also a second lounge/hall where you can sit and enjoy the views towards the mountains of Snowdonia, and a games room (ceiling height 5'11") with pool table. There is a bathroom downstairs with WC, basin and bath with shower over, and a utility room with laundry facilities and large fridge/freezer.

Outside: There is ample private parking to the front of the property. There is an enclosed garden with panoramic views towards the mountains, and a picnic bench/table.

This self catering farmhouse is in a peaceful location in the Snowdonia National Park, two miles away from the quaint small village of Capel Garmon, which boasts a popular traditional Inn. Four miles away is the well known beauty spot of Betws-y-Coed. The farmhouse is next to Orsedd Wen Cottage which is also available to let. Set on a 125 acre traditional Welsh farm, it is perfect for those seeking a quiet relaxing break or holiday.
