This 18th century holiday cottage was renovated in 2008 and offers quality self catering accommodation for 6 people. It is situated in an elevated position above the Conwy Valley, 1½ miles by car from Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. Alternatively you can take the ½ mile walk along a scenic forest track to get to the village of Betws-y-Coed.

Upstairs: The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with 5' bed and 1 twin room. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom with WC, basin and bath.

Downstairs: There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with granite worktop, and french doors leading out to the garden. The comfortable lounge has an original inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove. There is also a games room with pool table and TV.

Outside: There is ample private parking for up to 3 cars to the front of the property. The garden enjoys views along the Conwy Valley and there is an outside seating area. Storage is available for mountain bikes.

The cottage is located in a peaceful spot at the edge of the Gwydir Forest just outside the village of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. This is an excellent cottage for walkers or mountain biking. There are numerous walks that start from the cottage, and the well-known Marin Trail for mountain biking is less than a mile away. Alternatively you can just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and stunning local scenery.
